Diana Levy is the Founder, CEO and Co-Owner of Undercover Snacks, the manufacturer of incredibly delicious, better-for-you snacks including their signature Chocolate Quinoa Crisps.  Undercover combines two of Diana’s greatest passions: premium chocolate and accessibility for allergen and gluten-free families. After two of Diana’s daughters were diagnosed with celiac disease, the company formally launched in 2017, scaling from a single Whole Foods to over 25,000 retailers nationwide. Undercover is now available across natural and conventional channels including Whole Foods, Target, Costco, Walmart, CVS, and Walgreens and is a complimentary snack on United Airlines, with over 100,000,000 units distributed since 2023.
